I have played this game alot and I must tell ya'll.   IT"S HOT!!!!!!

I mean it's hotter than Soul Calibur in some ways.   It's hotter than any fighting game I've played.  And what makes it better is the fact that you can get three of your friends to become an active part of the game and you have to rely on each other to win.  But I'm getting ahead of myself. 

See pretty much this is how it is. This is actually a fighting game.....A REAL FIGHTING GAME! If you are the cat that just likes to hit alot of buttons real fast. Sorry, this isn't for you. See you gotta actually time your attacks right and block effectively. Once you get the hang of it you can counter their moves or even do a grab which means doing some phat move you would probably see in some Shao Lin movie. The tag mode is also real hot. See you can get up to 3 of your friends to come in and play. You get one partner and you go against the other and you can tag out to recover alittle or you can pull a move together which is similar to the tag team in N.W.O. for the 64. The only problem is you only get a few characters to choose from and to date there aren't any ways to get any extra ones. You can get extra costumes but I think I speak for everyone when I say that means absolutely nothing to me. However, the stages are really nice. They have spots where if you knock your opponent into them something will blow up which is nice when you are trying to really humiliate that kid who thinks he can play and comes talking alot of ish. Or you can knock people off cliffs or out of church windows which is also a nice touch. Each hit looks devastating and you can feel every blow (if you got the rumble pack). I would say more but I think I've said enough for you to go rent it and then BUY IT!!!!!!!!!!
